GENERAL TERMS
	1) Every order received is reviewed by one of our team and so there may be a short delay before it is processed.
	2) Prices are quoted excluding postage and packing (see below).
	3) If the dosage form and/or size are not specified, the defaults will be tablets and 7g respectively.
	4) We will not accept returns of any goods correctly supplied as ordered.
	5) All retail and overseas orders to be paid in advance of dispatch. .
	6) We reserve the right to request advance payment for any order.
SHIPPING TERMS
	1) UK remedy orders are dispatched by 1st class post which can take up to 3 business days though most clients report next day delivery.
	2) A flat rate of £4.59 is charged for postage & packing in the UK up to £75 then free. Guaranteed Next Day service is available Monday-Thursday at £8.95 if payment is received by 3pm. Orders for this service received on a Friday will be guaranteed for Monday (but will often be delivered on the Saturday.)
	3) For overseas orders p&p is £6.95 then airmail pro rata with tracked services available depending on the destination country at a surcharge of £7.95  (£9.95 for the USA). Please note that we cannot be responsible for any delay or charges due to customs and if tracking is not included, it is not possible to track the parcel or provide a dispatch confirmation.
